What is Separator?
A milk cream separator skid is mainly used to separate cream from full fat milk, dividing whole cream milk into skim milk & cream.
How does it work?
Cream separation is a phenomenon by which the milk is separated by in to cream & skim milk by centrifugal force. The centrifugal force is greater than gravitational force.
The milk enters rapidly revolving bowl of separator. It is then actuated upon centrifugal force.
